Chili Onion Chrunch
Chili Onion Crunch works the same magic as the chili-garlic oils found in many Chinese restaurants. A simple mix of dried garlic and onion for bold, savory crunch; dried red bell pepper and chili flakes for smoky, sweet heat; and olive oil to pull everything together into one deeply flavorful, umami-rich condiment.
It tastes good on almost anything—pizza, burgers, burritos, hummus, hot dogs, pasta, omelets, chow mein. If you’d add hot sauce or salt and pepper to it, this will probably make it better. Ice cream is the only thing we haven’t tested yet.
