Trader Joe’s Sweet & Spicy Pecans start with high-quality Texas-grown “fancy junior mammoth” pecan halves. They’re roasted in canola oil, then seasoned with sugar, salt, and a lively blend of cayenne, ancho chile, and paprika. The result is a perfectly balanced nut that’s just sweet enough, just spicy enough, and irresistibly snackable.
They’re excellent by the handful, on salads, or alongside cheese. Our only advice: buy two bags — one
