Trader Joes Salmon Seasoning
We know seasoning blends, and the key to a great one is balance. Trader Joe’s Salmon Rub nails it. Brown sugar, smoked paprika, dried thyme, kosher salt, and black pepper come together to enhance—not bury—the mild, buttery flavor of salmon.
Brush a fillet with olive oil, sprinkle on the Rub, and grill, bake, or air fry. It forms a sweet, savory, herby, lightly smoky crust with great texture.
